POLICIES

We as moderators are here to make the game and run it smoothly. We are here to to help you have fun. We are not perfect, we're just human, but we will listen to any concerns and fix problems to the best of our abilities. The moderators do not monitor Plurk officially, so if concerns are brought up there, we will not guarantee that we see them. We also do not monitor rpanons or anticirclejerk. In general: if we have not responded to a concern then we haven't seen it yet. Please talk to us, and we will do our best to help.

THREE STRIKES.

We operate under a three strikes rule at this game. If we see three instances of rules being broken by the same player, no matter what rule, that player is automatically suspended from the game for one month. If we must apply the three-strikes rule a second and a third time, that player will automatically be removed from the game and forbidden to re-apply. We do reserve the right to take more stringent action against a player if they make the game environment a toxic place. We will not tolerate harassment or bullying. If the mods see exemplary improvement in behavior, strikes may be erased from the record.

The moderator's individual IM and Plurk handles are available on the player contact page, unlocked to current players. ◊ PRIVATE MESSAGE If you would like to address the moderators privately, please do so through private message. Please only PM the mod account (trodemods) and not any individual moderator journal.
